The State Tax Service of Moldova has reminded taxpayers that September 1 is the deadline for calculating, reporting, and remitting to the budget of dividends and distributions from net profit by joint-stock companies with state ownership, as well as state-owned and municipal enterprises. For reporting purposes, these taxpayers must complete and submit Form DDP24—a declaration of dividends and allocations from net profit subject to transfer to the budget. Enterprises that ended the reporting period with losses, as well as companies that have not decided to pay dividends or make such allocations, are also required to file Form DDP24, indicating zero amounts therein. // 17.08.2026 — InfoMarket.
