InfoMarket respects users’ right to privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

1. What data we collect

When registering, taking out a subscription, submitting a request or contacting the editorial team, a user may provide:

  • first and last name;
  • company or organization name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • details provided in a subscription request;
  • the content of correspondence with InfoMarket.

The website may also automatically receive technical data: IP address, browser and device type, session, authorization and activity information needed to ensure website security.

2. How data is used

Personal data is used for:

  • processing requests and inquiries;
  • preparing commercial offers;
  • arranging and managing a subscription;
  • providing access to materials;
  • password recovery and user support;
  • ensuring website security;
  • meeting contractual and legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

InfoMarket does not sell personal data and does not share it with other companies for advertising.

Access to certain technical data may be granted to service providers needed for website operation: hosting, email, protection against automated requests and other technical services. Such data is used only to provide the relevant services.

Information may also be provided to public authorities where expressly required by law.

4. Cookies and technical tools

The website may use necessary cookies and browser local storage for authorization, security, saving the selected theme and correct operation of website features.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect forms from automated requests. The website also loads Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information in accordance with their privacy policies.

InfoMarket does not use Google Ads or other advertising networks to display automated ads.

5. Retention period

Personal data is stored only for as long as needed to process a request, manage a subscription, perform a contract and comply with legal requirements.

When processing is no longer necessary, data is deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by law.

6. Data protection

InfoMarket applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, alteration and disclosure.

7. User rights

A user may request information about their personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent to processing where provided by law.
