Specifically, the "Export Accelerator" program, designed for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to develop their export potential and expand their presence in international markets, was launched by the Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA) in partnership with the World Bank Group and with the support of the Moldovan government. As part of this initiative, 250 companies from Moldova will receive specialized support in developing export strategies and preparing to enter competitive foreign markets. As noted in the ODA's press release, the program provides companies with the tools, expertise, and support necessary to transform their export potential into real opportunities in international markets. Through the "Export Accelerator," entrepreneurs will receive the following free of charge: a professional assessment of their export potential; the development of a customized export development plan; expert consultations and training; and connections with international partners and buyers. To date, 80 companies are participating in the program, 40 of which have already completed the first phase of training. The remaining 40 companies will participate in training and mentoring sessions in the near future, drawing on the assistance of international experts to develop their own export strategies. In total, 250 companies from Moldova will receive specialized assistance through the program to develop export strategies and prepare to enter competitive foreign markets. ODA Director Vadim Codreanu noted that export development is key to enhancing the competitiveness of Moldova's economy and integrating our companies into international value chains. Thanks to the "Export Accelerator," entrepreneurs are provided with tools, expert support, and the necessary knowledge to adapt their products and business processes to the requirements of foreign markets, while simultaneously fostering the development of a national support ecosystem that will ensure sustainable results in the long term. Through knowledge transfer and the creation of a network of local experts in export development, the program will contribute to the long-term strengthening of the national ecosystem supporting business internationalization and to enhancing the competitiveness of Moldovan companies in foreign markets. // 06.08.2026 — InfoMarket.
