According to the Investment Agency, it has already begun preparations for this event, which will involve 40 Moldovan companies. During the presentation, data on trade relations between Moldova and Romania, the program's stages, the schedule of events, and the necessary preparations for meetings with potential Romanian partners were presented. The delegation includes companies from four sectors: food products; fresh and processed fruits; furniture and wood products; and industrial goods. By the start of the mission, company profiles will have been developed, potential buyers identified and vetted, and individual agendas for B2B meetings prepared, tailored to each company's offerings and objectives. On November 19 in Bucharest, Moldovan companies will present their products to potential buyers, distributors, and trading partners from Romania. Discussions will focus on the companies' offerings, market demands, and the terms for future cooperation. According to the Investment Agency, nine months after the business missions organized in Romania and Germany in 2025, a follow-up survey of the 64 participating companies revealed 14 contracts totaling 626,300 euros in the fruit, food, industrial goods, and furniture sectors. The Export Missions program is implemented by the Investment Agency with financial support from the World Bank and targets the markets of Romania, Germany, Italy, and Poland. By preparing commercial proposals, identifying suitable partners, and organizing business meetings, the agency helps Moldovan companies find new buyers, develop sustainable trade relationships, and expand exports. // 23.10.2026 — InfoMarket.
