Specifically, the Cabinet of Ministers amended its resolution on the procedure for applying tax and customs incentives for the implementation of ongoing technical and investment assistance projects covered by international treaties signed by Moldova. The changes were made in connection with the launch of 54 new foreign aid projects in Moldova and the inclusion of new beneficiaries and/or implementing agencies. The list of projects and grants that benefit from tax and customs incentives is being updated, as tax exemptions are a prerequisite for some donors to disburse an advance or the first tranche of a grant to the beneficiary. This refers to the list of exemptions and reliefs regarding the payment of income tax, excise taxes, customs duties, fees for customs procedures, and fees for goods whose use causes environmental pollution, as well as VAT exemptions with the right to deduct for goods and services. // 29.07.2026 — InfoMarket.
