The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance has banned the import of seeds and planting material from Moldova

Rosselkhoznadzor has suspended the import into Russia of seeds and planting material from Moldova that were certified by one of the local laboratories. The decision is due to the expiration of the laboratory's confirmed competence and the lack of a follow-up audit; however, suppliers may still use documents from other accredited laboratories.
