According to the State Tax Service, 17 out of 19 services intended for taxpayers have been digitized in Moldova to date, as part of the implementation of Moldova's Growth Plan for 2025–2027. Specifically, end-user authorization has been transitioned to an electronic format: the service is available in the e-Cerere system, within the module for managing the status of authorized tax warehouse owners. Since its launch, 4 out of 5 permits issued to taxpayers have been processed online. In addition, the issuance of certificates confirming the payment of income tax by foreign citizens and stateless persons with resident status, as well as certificates confirming the payment of income tax by non-residents in Moldova, has been digitized. These electronic services allow taxpayers to submit applications and receive documents without visiting local tax offices. This information was presented at a coordination meeting between government authorities, representatives of civil society, and the business community, dedicated to the implementation of the Reform Program and investment projects under Moldova's Growth Plan. // 21.10.2026 — InfoMarket.
