According to Finance Minister Victoria Belous, as of the beginning of October, unpaid administrative fines are included in statements confirming whether or not a citizen has outstanding debts to the budget. Now, all fines imposed are recorded in the information system of the State Tax Service of Moldova and included in a citizen's total budgetary obligations. Previously, such debts were not reflected in the statement.
