On October 28, the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization will hold public consultations on Moldova's negotiating positions regarding Chapters 1, 3, 6, 20, and 28 in the process of accession to the European Union
The European Union will make every effort to ensure that the remaining clusters are opened in the negotiations with Moldova by the end of 2026.
European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos announced a visit to Moldova and urged the authorities to continue reforms as EU accession negotiations move forward. Brussels also made it clear that further progress could open up new opportunities for the country to receive European funding and accelerate the launch of the next stages of the negotiation process.
