According to the Ministry of Energy and the National Center for Sustainable Energy, this year—for the second time—the forum will bring together in Chișinău representatives of residents' associations, government agencies, development partners, financial institutions, experts, and private-sector representatives in Chișinău to discuss financing options for the energy retrofit of apartment buildings, as well as the process of reorganizing residents' associations into apartment owners' associations and the benefits of this organizational structure.
