On October 1 at 9:00 a.m., the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) will open the next round of competitions for non-repayable grants for small and medium-sized enterprises as part of the September–November schedule. According to the organization, each call for proposals will remain open for 5 business days within the allocated budget; however, the application period may close earlier if the available funding limit is exhausted. Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the Entrepreneur's Portal (e-Cabinet). It is noted that following the September calls for proposals, the ODA has changed the submission procedure: uploading Excel files to transfer data into the electronic form is no longer required; information will be entered directly into the e-Cabinet, while the Excel spreadsheets will remain as templates for preliminary data preparation. An exception is made for the Women's Entrepreneurship Support Program, where the Excel attachment must still be completed and attached to the application, as this will be the last call for proposals under the program's current format.
