ODA guarantees secured loans totaling 1.27 billion lei and supported investments

ODA guarantee instruments have significantly improved businesses' access to financing over the first nine months of the year and supported investment projects across various sectors of the economy. Individual guarantees had the greatest impact, but the portfolio mechanism continues to gain ground, making it easier for companies without sufficient collateral to obtain loans.
