Our customers will find their own cars already added to maibank, subject to their consent, and can add their family's or friends' cars, with access to third-party liability insurance, the Green Card and road tax for each one. Drivers can also view their Bonus-Malus class or check their fines in real time and pay them directly via the app.

Maib is launching "My Car", a new section within the maibank app, which transforms the way drivers manage their car insurance and other car-related information and services. Customers no longer have to search for the insurance policy and then the car for which it was issued. They start with the car and can see, all in one place, everything related to it.

Thus, each car has its own "account" in the app, and the associated products and charges are automatically grouped under it.

What customers can find in "My Car"

  • insurance policies in one place – motor third-party liability insurance (RCA), Green Card with status clearly displayed: active, expiring soon, expired;

  • timely reminders before insurance expires, with renewal directly via the app;

  • Bonus-Malus class – see which driver class you qualify for and how it affects your motor third-party liability insurance premium;

  • fines – visible in real time and payable directly via the app;

  • toll charges – paid from the same place, under the same vehicle;

  • multiple vehicles, each in its own place – you can add family or friends' vehicles and manage them all in maibank.

For customers who own a car, it is already automatically added to the "My Car" section, with their consent, without the need to enter the details manually. Other cars, including those belonging to family members or friends, can be added easily, directly from the app.

"My Car" reflects maib's focus on building in-app experiences based on customers' real lives, rather than on a product catalogue. Through this approach, maib aims to make everyday car-related tasks – insurance, renewals, road tax and fines – simpler, more transparent and easier to keep track of, regardless of how many vehicles a customer manages.
