The National Road Administration has announced a tender for design services to prepare a feasibility study for the construction of a section of the A8 highway—from the interchange in Ungheni to the intersection with the M5/R5 roads near the village of Budesti. The estimated contract value is 87,880,950 lei, excluding VAT. The winner will be selected based on the lowest price. The clarification period will last until September 4, and bids will be accepted from September 4 through September 21. No electronic auction is planned, so the price submitted by participants will be final.
