ANSA Proposed Measures to Support Small Producers and the HoReCa Sector
ANSA has proposed a package of changes designed to simplify operations for small food producers and certain HoReCa operators by reducing the administrative burden and making it easier to enter the market. The initiative also addresses the supply of local products to educational institutions and the revision of certain requirements regarding inspections and logistics, while fully maintaining food safety standards.
