The Ministry of Finance released this information by publishing a schedule of subscription periods on the eVMS.md platform for the fourth quarter of 2026. The subscription periods are scheduled for the following dates: September 21, 2026 – October 5, 2026; October 5, 2026 – October 19, 2026; October 19, 2026 – November 2, 2026; November 2, 2026 – November 16, 2026; November 16, 2026 – November 30, 2026; November 30, 2026 – December 14, 2026; December 14, 2026 – December 28, 2026; December 28, 2026 – January 11, 2027. Investors will be able to choose government bonds with maturities of 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. Detailed information about each issue will be published on the Ministry of Finance's official website and on the eVMS.md platform before the start of the subscription period. The Ministry of Finance notes that 776 unique investors participated in the subscription periods held in September, executing approximately 1,150 transactions. The total subscription volume amounted to 58.19 million lei. Since the launch of the eVMS.md platform in September 2024, 26 subscription periods have been held; the total supply amounted to 1.44 billion lei, while demand totaled 1.428 billion lei, corresponding to a supply-to-demand ratio of 99.2%. During these subscription periods, 13,016 investors executed 18,352 transactions (a total of 4,132 unique investors). Currently, there are 9,466 active accounts on the platform.
