Among the topics discussed were: methods for identifying and preventing activities conducted in violation of regulations; the specific nature of the work performed by drivers and operators providing services through electronic platforms; obligations regarding the registration and tracking of activities and income; practical difficulties faced by market participants; and solutions aimed at simplifying compliance with tax legislation and ensuring a level playing field. Particular attention was paid to the need to establish a clear and effective mechanism for tracking activities and income generated through electronic platforms, which would enable tax obligations to be fulfilled in a transparent and predictable manner. Victoria Belous emphasized the importance of ongoing dialogue with industry representatives to identify and resolve the issues they face. In this context, she noted the need for practical solutions and a clear, fair tax framework that takes into account the realities of the industry, which would promote compliance with the law and the sector's development.
