According to the agency's press office, the survey is being conducted as part of an audit of the effectiveness of the "Real Estate Cadastre" information system. The questionnaire contains 15 questions, covering the reasons for seeking cadastral services, any difficulties encountered, the accuracy of cadastral data compared to the actual condition of the property, the creation of property units through division, consolidation, or separation, as well as the registration of ownership in condominiums. Users are also asked which cadastral services and which organizations' services they have used over the past 5 years, whether they were able to obtain the necessary information without difficulty, how complete and up-to-date the information was, and whether they had to submit additional documents due to deficiencies in the cadastral data. Respondents are asked to answer questions about the accessibility and convenience of digital services, technical issues, the lack of necessary online services, and the need to visit offices in person, as well as to identify the most serious problems with the cadastral system. The responses will be used exclusively for conducting the audit and preparing recommendations to improve cadastral services. Participation is voluntary, and the information will be treated confidentially. Anyone who has used cadastral services may complete the online survey. // 11.08.2026 — InfoMarket.
