As reported by the National Financial Market Commission, it held a technical assistance session dedicated to modernizing the legislative framework for the protection of financial services consumers. Discussions focused on analyzing the draft law on credit agreements offered to consumers for the purchase of residential real estate and the draft law on consumer credit agreements.
