According to the e-Governance Agency, the evo.gov.md portal was developed on the basis of a government decree dated October 8, 2025, with the aim of creating a consolidated digital ecosystem and a comprehensive solution that brings together all interactions between citizens, the business community, the diaspora, and the state, providing easy access to digital documents, electronic government services, and official data.
