This was announced by Prime Minister Vasile Tofan, who gave the relevant instructions to Finance Minister Victoria Belous. The Prime Minister noted that this document will be developed after consultations with stakeholders and should be submitted by August 6. Vasile Tofan acknowledged that tax reform is a complex topic, and the first attempt at implementing it was, to put it mildly, unsuccessful and destined for failure.
