In Moldova, since May 27, registration of rights in the Real Estate Register at the request of notaries is carried out online thanks to the digitization of these services.
This was announced by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, noting that this service is available in pilot mode in Chisinau, Orhei and Criuleni, and in the future it will be distributed throughout the country. At the initial stage, certificates can be ordered online from notaries for real estate located in 3 cities, and later the service will become available to residents throughout the country. To use this service, the notary, on behalf of the copyright holder, will request the registration of rights in the Real Estate Register of Moldova by submitting an online application on the Platform for Development of Electronic Services (PDSE), attaching the necessary legal documents with an electronic signature. As a result of registering the owner’s right in the Real Estate Register, both the notary and the copyright holder instantly receive in the MCabinet virtual office confirmation of registration, represented by a digital document - a Certificate of Entries in the Real Estate Register. The certificate can be obtained on paper at the office of the Multifunctional Center of the Public Services Agency selected by the beneficiary, as well as by delivery, through the state delivery service MDelivery, to the specified address. Payment of fees for the provision of relevant services is made only through the state electronic payment service MPay. The service of registering rights in the Real Estate Register at the request of notaries became possible as a result of the digitization of this service by the Real Estate Cadastre together with the Electronic Government Agency and the Chamber of Notaries. The list of services for registering rights in the Real Estate Register and their tariffs are approved by Government Decree No. 966/2020, and can be found on the Public Services Portal – servicii.gov.md. // 27.05.2024 — InfoMarket.
