Such data are provided by the Ukrtransgaz company, which provides transit of Russian gas to Moldova through Ukraine, including its Transnistrian region. At the same time, as noted, in August this year, Moldova received in transit through Ukraine 168.8 million cubic meters of Russian gas, which is 4% more than in the same period a year earlier. As InfoMarket reported earlier, according to Ukrtransgaz, the supply of Russian natural gas to Moldova (including Transnistria) in 2018 amounted to 2 billion 939.8 million cubic meters and increased by 8.6%, versus the previous year.
