This information was presented by the National Bureau of Statistics, which previously spoke about the volume of investments in long-term assets in 2018 at the level of 24 billion 215.8 million lei. As follows from the new data of the NBS investments in long-term intangible assets amounted to 640.3 million lei (previously reported - 484.1 million lei) and increased by 16.3% (previously - 34.6%), compared to previous year. At the same time, investments in long-term tangible assets increased by 12.8% - up to 26 billion 824.4 million lei (an increase of 11.9% was reported up to 23 billion 731.7 million lei). According to the NBS updated data, in 2018 investments in equipment, machinery, transfer devices amounted to more than 8.28 billion lei, increasing by 9.7% compared with 2017. Investments in the construction of residential buildings amounted to 3 billion 615, 2 million lei (-2.6% by 2017), investment in non-residential houses (buildings and structures) amounted to 5 billion 430.7 million lei (+ 5%), investment in vehicles - 2 billion 799.2 million lei (+ 26.9%), engineering structures - 4 billion 977.4 million lei (+ 30%), other tangible assets - 1 billion 717.9 million lei (+ 29.4%). In the structure of investments by type of fixed assets, the largest share in 2018 accounted for investments in equipment, machinery and transmission devices - 30.2% of the total. The main sources of financing of investment activities in 2018 remained the own funds of economic entities, amounting to 16 billion 792.7 million lei (61.1% of the total). At the same time, in comparison with 2017, their volume in 2018 increased by 5.7%. Investments at the expense of budget funds amounted to a total of 4 billion 393.9 million lei (16% of the total investment), exceeding the figures for 2017 by 54.8%. At the same time, investments at the expense of the state budget amounted to 2 billion 883.5 million lei (10.5% of the total), having increased by more than 1.9 times, and investments from the budgets of administrative-territorial units increased by 13.7% - up to 1 billion 510.4 million lei, and their share in the total investment amounted to 5.5%. Foreign investments decreased by 6.6% - to 1 billion 439 million lei, and their share in the total volume amounted to 5.3%.
