The e-government agency, in partnership with Ernst & Young, has launched a pilot project for the reintegration of public services.
As reported by the press service of the agency, initially the project includes three services: providing unemployment assistance, determining the ability to work and limiting the opportunities, processing and issuing driving permits. The project will optimize the work processes in the National Employment Agency, the National Social Insurance House, the National Council for Determining Opportunities and Disability, and the State Services Agency. Reengineering public services involves a fundamental change and a radical remodeling of work processes in institutions, with the goal of improving indicators such as cost, quality and speed of service. As expected, the reengineering will allow state institutions implementing a service model oriented to the needs of citizens and social involvement. //10.09.2018 - InfoMarket.
