Trans Oil group of companies will receive in Moldova "Dnieper-Danube-Black Sea" Agrarian-Logistic Forum
The conference is organized by the Information and Analytical Agency "APK-Inform" which is the leader in the market of agricultural and information services in the CIS countries with a central office in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine) and offices in Kiev, Moscow, Kursk.
The forum will be held between October 18th and 19th, 2017 in "Radisson Blue Hotel" in Chisinau, one hundred producers and processors of grain and oil seeds, international trading companies, surveyors, cargo owners, charterers, brokers, inspection and logistics companies, engineering companies, industry associations , representatives of state organizations and international structures.
The participants will discuss the following topics:
- current status and development of the grain market within the Black Sea region;
- Black Sea oil seeds market: factors of influence and prospects;
- development of infrastructure and logistics of the Dnipro-Danube-Black Sea region.
There will be present the following spokespersons: the Secretary General of the International Sunflower Oil Association (ISOA), experts from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), experts from Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Turkey.
The participants will visit the Giurgiulesti International Free Port and the port terminals of the Trans-Oil group of companies at the second day of the forum, on October 19th. The Trans-Oil is the general sponsor of the "Dnipro-Danube-Black Sea" agro-logistic forum in Moldova.
The Trans-Oil group of companies is the largest buyer and exporter of crops in Moldova and it is the only producer of sunflower oil in the country. The Trans-Oil includes 15 elevators all over the country, capable of storing more than 710 thousand tons of grain, two oil extraction plants in Balti and Ceadir-Lunga, with a production capacity of 1000 tons and 400 tons of sunflower seeds per hour, respectively, two grain terminals and a terminal for sunflower oil in the international free port of Giurgiulesti, as well as a number of agricultural and transport infrastructure enterprises. There are approximately 2000 employees working in the group of companies.
