The National Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology Regulation (ANRCETI) reported this, noting that, according to statistics provided by mobile communications providers, in the third quarter of 2020, compared to the same period in 2019, the average monthly income per active user of mobile telephony (ARPU) decreased by 2.8% and amounted to 75.9 lei. At the same time, Orange Moldova's ARPU amounted to 78.3 lei, Moldtelecom-Unite - 74.9 lei, and Moldcell - 71.6 lei.
