The Public Property Agency will issue acts of ownership of public land.
This is provided for by the Regulation on uniform forms of acts certifying the rights of land owners, as well as the procedure for filling them out, issuing and storing them, approved by the government at a meeting on Tuesday. According to the document, the Public Property Agency will issue acts of ownership of public land in accordance with the form approved in the regulation. Also, the form of acts certifying the rights of lands that are in private ownership and in the ownership of administrative-territorial units has been approved - these documents will continue to be issued by local authorities. The new regulation will replace the current government decree on the approval of uniform forms of documents confirming the ownership of land, possession and use of land, in accordance with which documents confirming the ownership of land, possession and use of land are issued by local authorities (district councils, mayoralties). Amendments to the regulations were required, since according to the Land Code, acts certifying the right of the owner of land in public ownership of the state are issued by the Public Property Agency. In this case, the form of the act certifying the right of the owner of the land is approved by the government. // 13.10.2020 — InfoMarket.
