From August 1, Moldova will be allowed to hold theater performances, concerts, as well as one-time festive events in restaurants and cafes, but with a limited number of participants.
According to the decision of the National Emergency Public Health Commission, from August 1, it is allowed to organize mass meetings and cultural events (theater and concert performances and movie screenings) in the fresh air, with the participation of no more than 50 people. Organizers must obtain accreditation from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research prior to outdoor activities. If the event involves the installation of an auditorium, then the distance between the seats should be 1 m (after each presentation, the chairs should be disinfected), or the organizers should ensure that the distance between the standing places is marked. At the same time, festive events are allowed, with the exception of weddings and events to celebrate the birth of a child, provided that the number of guests does not exceed 50 people. For such events, a separate instruction was also developed. All guests must undergo thermometry, staff must wear masks, gloves, aprons, and masks must be changed every 2 hours.
