FEZ residents are allowed to periodically declare export / re-export carried out by means of international mail.
This is provided for by the order of the Customs Service published in Monitorul Oficial. In particular, the department amended the Instruction on the procedure for the periodic declaration of goods exported by economic agents through international mail, including not only export deliveries through mail, but also re-export. In addition, according to the additions, the residents of the FEZ will be able to use a simplified form for declaring exports carried out through international mail. The instructions have been supplemented with the rules for booking / unbooking and exporting goods from the FEZ using the procedure of periodic declaration, the requirements for documentation and procedures are described. Recall that in the case when the same economic entity periodically exports goods (except for excisable goods) by means of international mail, and the invoiced value of each delivery does not exceed 1000 euros and at least 2 export deliveries are carried out within 30 calendar days, then the customs office, within the scope of which the given economic entity is located, may allow it to submit a single electronic customs declaration for all deliveries of goods that are exported within a certain period of time (periodic customs declaration). At the request of the economic agent, the customs determines the cases and goods for which a customs declaration may be filed periodically. Permit for periodic declaration is issued by customs within 5 working days. According to the amendments to the instruction, the period of validity of the permit for periodic declaration expires at the end of the calendar year. //03.08.2020 - InfoMarket.
