Moldova has introduced a moratorium on the privatization procedures and the concession of state property, as well as the conclusion of public-private partnerships
The relevant decision was adopted by the parliament of Moldova. According to the document, a moratorium on procedures relating to privatization, putting in concession, concluding public-private partnership with respect to state property and state ownership will be valid until the conclusions of a special investigative parliamentary commission, which analyzes the procedure for organizing and conducting privatization in the country since 2013.
