In Moldova will be created an information system to keep track of applicants and beneficiaries of subsidies.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and the Environment has developed a draft Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Automated Information System “Accounting for Applicants and Beneficiaries of Subsidies”. The system will be created for registration, storage and use of information about applicants for subsidies, for registration and archiving of data. It will be the official source of information on the distribution of funds from the National Fund for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas. The system will record data on grant applicants, information on the submitted project and all related documentation, as well as reporting on the offered grants. The system will interact with state registers of population, transport and animals, with tax and wine registries, as well as with other information systems. The system will be owned by the state, the administrator will be the Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture, and the technical administrator will be the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service.
